The term Neehsapita means “afternoon” and refers to those who continue to learn throughout their adulthood. The Neehsapita Summer Educational Experience began in 2018 for caregivers in the summer youth programs. We continue to expand this program to engage all adult learners in our community.

If you have any questions, please contact the Cultural Education Director, Joshua Sutterfield, at jsutterfield@miamination.com.

Our virtual community celebration will take place via Zoom on July 30, 2020 at 6 pm EDT/5 pm CDT.
